Polka Smudges - Yellow - Satin Charmeuse is luxurious and soft. This smooth, woven fabric with a low sheen showcases darker smudges in a polka dot pattern on a wheat yellow background . Designed for breathability, and drapability, it's perfect for lightweight summer clothing, formal dresses and skirts, and lingerie.
