Canada Spruce Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting Canada Spruce and considering purchasing from us.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are generally shipped within 5 to 10 business days using Canada Post. Canada Post's delivery standard is 2 - 7 days. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES

Canada Spruce includes standard shipping costs in the price of all it’s items. Orders totalling over $100 include a tracking number.

If an upgrade to express shipping or a tracking number for an order less than $100, is desired please contact us at jennapruner@gmail.com before placing your order for a quote and assistance in arranging. Unfortunately the fulfillment center doesn’t currently have a way to offer these upgrades via the selling platform. Canada Spruce is happy to help.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently Canada Spruce only ships within Canada.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 

 We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original  condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.  In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at jennapruner@gmail.com  with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We  address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory  solution.
